Shipping

If you select Canada Post Small Packet International Air or any other untracked services, we are not responsible for items that go missing during transit. 

Canada

Canada Untracked orders are shipped via Canada Post lettermail if eligible, to reduce shipping costs. These packages will usually take up to three weeks to reach their destination. 

Canada Tracked orders are shipped via Canada Post, and will take from 2 to 14 business days to arrive.

If you select Reduced Fee Tracking, your package will be shipped via FleetOptics or another private carrier. I automatically include insurance on all packages being sent this way.

USA

All American orders ship via USPS, and come with tracking except for lettermail orders which are untracked or limited tracking available.

International

International shipping is usually determined by Canada Post's automatic calculations. I usually try to find more affordable options for customers, and refund the difference. This is not a guarantee, but I will do my best.

Germany - we are not currently registered with Germany's LUCID program, so unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time. 

Australia - Sometimes the local postage system processes packages slowly. If a package goes missing in transit, please contact us.

UK - I have re-opened shipping to the UK, but please be aware that you will be responsible to pay VAT upon receiving the package. If the package is denied at the border and returned, we will only be able to refund the amount minus shipping and the return fees.

Philippines - Shipping may be less reliable to your location. I highly recommend tracking on your orders. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
